If any products purchased from my store are severely damaged, spilled, broken, incomplete, or incorrect upon arrival, please email a photo of the product along with your order form/number within THREE DAYS after the delivery date. If not brought to my attention during that time frame your claim will NOT be accepted. I am in no way responsible for lost or stolen packages. All sales are final, and due to sanitary reasons products cannot be exchanged or returned.
You will be granted a unique discount code equal to the value of the damaged product.
Please note that bath bombs with tiny cracks, “bubbles”, indents, or any minor blemishes do not count as damaged goods.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: The whipped bodywash is heat and movement sensitive. Prolonged exposure to heat and aggressive jostling during shipping transit may cause the bodywish to melt or "deflate", basically losing some of its fluffy, buttercream-like texture. Please consider your local weather and be aware prior to ordering.
Because of the heat-sensitivity of these products, body butter and whipped body-wash are available only during the fall & wintertime.
